“After I PAID for my purchase, I was bombarded with nagging threats to "verify" my age. This was done when the purchase was made. Now, I believe my package has not shipped -- according to DHL -- though I received a confirmation from HH that my package was on its way. It's been there since the 27th of Sept (it's now October 3rd). Disappointing.”

“I am delighted with knife that I ordered, but I waited in all day for the parcel and it did not arrive. It transpired that the delivery person called at number 33 castlegate and not number 35. 35 was stated clearly on all order forms and delivery note. I had to wait for the parcel the next day, and so I wasted my weekend waiting for delivery.”

“Hi, this is the second time I order from Heinnie. The first was an excellent experience, excellent product, but the second one was unfortunately not good. I ordered a falkniven phantom anniversary folding knife, the knife arrived on time, but it was obvious that this was a returned product from another customer. The product appeared used and the desert iron wood had strange substance on it, one side (scales) was from a poorer quality piece of wood, had several holes and cracks in it. The leather sheath had small knife cuts and one larger one on the flap piece. The issue for me was that I was on a business trip to UK for two days and my address was a hotel, I sadly had no time to send back and receive a replacement.”

“Having ordered over a week ago with next day delivery indicated…I’ve still not received my order. DPD have been the problem, they seem to like my order more than me. Sorry 24 hr delay, sorry we are running late, No attempt to deliver, then claiming they couldn’t verify age…I’m long past looking younger than 21….I’m 56. Apparently the item is back with the seller…no idea when I’ll see it.”

“Delivery was supposed to be 2-5 days - item still not arrived after 3 weeks. Seller kept saying they couldn't track my item with the delivery company. Eventually they agreed to a full refund after first offering me another item with 10% off - I don't want another item, I want my original choice or a refund!”

“Book arrived but took 6 days to arrive. Manual is not a hardback like they used to be, not sure how long a paperback will survive as a workshop manual!”
