First purchase, happy so far although courier tracking kept saying knife would be delivered on Thursday when it in fact was delivered on Saturday.

Heinnie Haynes were nothing short of helpful and easy to purchase from. Their delivery times were incredible in my case, coming in less than 48 hours! And they were happy to honour my returns. My only critique is the returns policy feels a little outdated and it was a shame to have to pay for my own postage to return an item. That being said I cannot fault Heinnie Haynes in their customer service and their extensive catalogue. A huge thank you to Nick for our back and forth emails

I like the store and the knives, but when I ordered a small UK legal carry EDC knife I to wait in all day because the courier insisted on age verification . As a 76 year old who has been buying knives for many years and has a large collection, I did not think that this was needed. Please sort this out HH.

I've only recently become a customer of Hennie Haynes and impressed with their quick order and delivery ,I do have an issue I purchased the Heinnie edition ukpk and a set of copper scales unfortunately the scales don't fit the Heinie edition ,although it states on scale description they won't fit which i missed I would of hoped the people in ordering dept could of picked this up and advised me accordingly as on same order ,so I've ordered the standard ukpk another 90 pounds to accommodate the copper scales .obviously my fault for missing that in description i suppose.

Usual great heinnie service and an excellent little knife, but I have to drop one star as it was VERY stiff to open any blade - they can only be opened with another tool which reduces usability

Service good, but delivery charge is a bit steep. Also many items shown online are out of stock. I have a Roxon mini tool & they don’t carry full range of accessories which is dissapointing.

The slip joint knife I bought is very solid well built and symmetrical. There are a few very minor rough spots in the Micarta and back spring. This knife has a great character/story and would undoubtedly be an excellent tool. My knife was promptly shipped however it did arrive 6 days later than the time estimate. Overall I am happy and would do business again.

Great selection and service but needs cheaper shipping options. The shipping fees, even for orders that don’t require age verification, are pretty steep and put me off ordering more often. Still, impressive range of products and no complaints on the service. Very prompt dispatch.

Everything perfect with the product. But, only long after purchase I was hit with unexpected import charges. A little advanced warning would not have gone amiss. But I can’t fault the product.
