Thank you for your order, and sorry for any confusion caused. On the original order details, standard delivery tracked with DHL was chosen. It appears they attempted delivery to your town in Georgia, but a failed delivery meant it was left at the local post office for pickup.

“I work for the emergency services and purchased the StatGear T3 Tactical Rescue Tool. It uses a liner lock to lock the blade in the open position. However, the knife I received, the blade would not lock open and light pressure on the back of the blade would cause it to close. It's either a defect with this knife or they're just poorly made. I sent it back for a refund but Heinnie said that the knife was not faulty and issued a refund but deducted the delivery fee. I deal with these knives at work and know exactly how a liner lock is meant to work and I would not have confidence using this knife. I can't recommend Heinnie either since it's essentially my word against theirs and they didn't issue a full refund.”

“The parcel was a knife, it said so all over the packaging, the emails said that a signature and proof of ID was required on delivery, so why did the driver put the parcel on the doorstep, ring the bell and then leave!!!!”

“awful company selling fake boker knives - i spent £200 on a knife, they refused to take it back when the blade snapped. I dont believe that it was a real Boker knife as the steel used was not stainless steel as advertised”
