“Heinnie Haynes were nothing short of helpful and easy to purchase from. Their delivery times were incredible in my case, coming in less than 48 hours! And they were happy to honour my returns. My only critique is the returns policy feels a little outdated and it was a shame to have to pay for my own postage to return an item. That being said I cannot fault Heinnie Haynes in their customer service and their extensive catalogue. A huge thank you to Nick for our back and forth emails”

“So I found the fleece I wanted ordered it on Thursday afternoon hoping that I would receive it next day as stated on the website. I emailed explaining that I was flying out on the Saturday and would really like to have the fleece by then. Nick emailed me back explaining that he would change couriers as DPD had a better track record of delivering next day. Friday fleece arrived not only am I blown away by the quality and warmth of the fleece but the customer service is second to none, thank you guys and a special shout out to Nick for sorting it all out. I will be back 😊”
