“Rough Ryder Canoe Mini. A well put together little knife which i bought to make myself a copy all be it a small one of the oar carver whittling knife. A resonable blade steel, fit and finish is good at this price point. The only downside I have noticed is that it picks up a lot of pocket lint Fits snuggly into the wee pocket (watch pocket) in my jeans.”

“It's a really nicely made knife, and nicely sharp. Although it has a very strong back spring that I am hoping will ease off in time. Heinnie Haynes despatched it quickly but the courier delivered it to completely the wrong address and had no record of where that might be. Luckily the recipient put it through our letterbox a couple of days later.”

“Great range of outdoor kit, I was after a Victorinox 58mm Mini Champ which they had in stock at a good price. It was delivered promptly and in great condition. “I work for the emergency services and purchased the StatGear T3 Tactical Rescue Tool. It uses a liner lock to lock the blade in the open position. However, the knife I received, the blade would not lock open and light pressure on the back of the blade would cause it to close. It's either a defect with this knife or they're just poorly made. I sent it back for a refund but Heinnie said that the knife was not faulty and issued a refund but deducted the delivery fee. I deal with these knives at work and know exactly how a liner lock is meant to work and I would not have confidence using this knife. I can't recommend Heinnie either since it's essentially my word against theirs and they didn't issue a full refund.”
