“Great service. Friend rang me up to say," their heating wasn't working. It was their heating control that had stopped working. . It was just before Christmas. Went on to have a look to find heating controls. Great service, found exactly what I was looking for, (will say," a huge choice)ordered paid & it was with me within two days. “Initially, having put an order in online, I was concerned that I got no acknowledgement email or other order confirmation. I became even more concerned when I found there was no way to contact Heating Controls online by phone. However, my concerns proved to be unfounded as I received a response to my email and all issues were resolved. I needed delivery within 4 days of placing the order and again was concerned that this requirement would not be met. However, once again my concerns were unfounded as the package arrived on the given date with no issues. The only slight negative is that on interrogating the controller I discovered it was manufactured in 2023 while my order was in Jan 2025, but the price was considerably cheaper than other suppliers so I cannot really complain. Overall very good customer service and prompt delivery so I recommend Heating Controls Online and would use them again, though for peace of mind a phone number would be good.”
