“Excellent level of service with my first purchase,ordered the wrong item in a hurry. Delivered next day as promised,refund authorisation received within 24 hours, return accepted and the replacement posted same day (for next day delivery). Received an email saying refund done within 24 hours.(couldn't check with the bank yet-was away) Hope they maintain the same level of service and anything to do with heating this is my choice. “I needed a replacement heating control unit and the manufacturer of the OEM unit no longer existed. Having done the usual checks on the internet I found a direct replacement from Heating Controls Online at a very acceptable price. The delivery was very fast and the new unit was in place and running within seconds. There are some companies that have got it right and Heating Controls Online is one them. Thank you.”
