“danfoss 3060 programmer. Arrived quickly and was tracked. Direct replacement so simple fit. I had ordered and paid for it elsewhere , when it didn't turn up, I was to;d it was out of stock and should be in around 3 weeks. Should not have taken my money. H.C.O. site showed in stock so got the business. Would certainly use again if needed”

“Ordering and delivery very good and organised, unfortunately it's probably only 1 in a hundred chance but my item was faulty and had to return it. The initial contact was promptly answered and the item returned but it took 11 days to get a response for a refund and in the end had to contact them again and it was only then they duly obliged.”

“I know nothing about heating and randomly sent these people an email asking if I had chosen the right control panel to update my heating system. They emailed me right back and having made sense of my story included a link to the panel I actually needed. I ordered it and it arrived the next day. Installation was, as they had made sure I had the right piece, an absolute breeze. Hard to get dramatic over heating supplies but these people saved someone with no knowledge from making a costly and frustrating mistake. I would thoroughly recommend.”
