“Dear Sir/Madam, You and the Delivery Company certainly sent enough emails including a final email stating when the part would be delivered that is between 6,26 pm to 7.26 pm. And indeed the part was delivered between those times. It would be helpful to have a tracking code or number as it would enable one to leave the delivery address. The part was fine and the CH system is working apparently perfectly. So the only remark I would make is that it would be helpful to have a tracking code. Thank you very much.
