“The product eventually arrived. It appeared to get lost - it reached Scotland only to return to Coventry before returning to Scotland. I know this is not your fault but.. This was supposed to be an upgrade on a Danfos control but it seems that it is not. Danfos technical centre was less than helpful, having no record of making the original model and thus being unable to advise on connections to make the new one work! So you guys did OK but the delivery company and the manufacturers let you down!!”
