“Bought a Siemens RWB29 programmer for central heating system to replace faulty RWB2E. Installation a matter of taking old programmer out and pushing new in its place - no need to replace or rewire back-plate. New programmer working perfectly, and quite easy to program although I'm sure the design of the user interface could be improved, so too the leaflets that come with the unit. The ordering of the unit was very easy, and the delivery very quick, with online and email information telling me when it would be to the nearest hour (excellent).”

“I don't normally write reviews - but had excellent service from HeatingControls. Sent in a photo for part confirmation - reply within minutes with link to part. Ordered same day - delivered the next. Would happily recommend and will be using them again. Forgot to say - also the cheapest that I found online.”

“Excellent service. After online order, received confirmation and update on estimated delivery. To top it off received specific time slot delivery time and the name of the driver. Item was delivered as specified to time . Would definitely use Heating Controls online again and recommend it highly. A great experience.”

“Needed an actuator over the bank holiday period. Ordered Sunday delivery only to be told by the courier that the delivery would be a week later. Contacted heating controls online about this. They sorted delivery on time. Also good value for money.”

“I found Heating Controls Online to be one of the best. I had a technical query regards an underfloor heating actuator which was promtly responded to with a replacement solution. Therefor the customer service is second to none. The prices are also very competitive with a good selection of stock. There are also plenty of delivery options which is good, as usually I need the parts urgently. Always delivered on time and if I'm not going to be in no problem can opt to leave with designated neighbours. Overall fantastic. Will use again and again. Matt Delta Heat Ltd”
