“A seamless transaction. Ordered on a Saturday, dispatched on a Monday, arrived on a Wednesday. Some pedantic points. The item was sent by "Tracked Delivery", not "Signed For" as the Website says. Therefore no signature was required. Very little information is given after completing the purchase. Full Order details and an Invoice, are both contained in the confirmation email, so it is probably best to ensure that your email address is correct...”

“Had the part I needed (replacement head for a TRV) in stock. Website had clear photos which enabled me to be sure I had the correct part. Price seemed reasonable, delivery was prompt, and now my front room is no longer hot enough to fire pottery. Would definitely use them again.”
