“Ordered the goods, paid the money, goods turned exactly as promised, had a small problem installing, called HCO, sorted out in a few minutes boiler up and working less than an hour after the telecon. “My recent order got mislaid in transit. Once Heating Controls Online was informed of the failure to deliver this order, they went in action with the delivery company and, very shortly afterwards, the matter was resolved. I would like to thank the staff at Heating Controls Online for the excellent way in which they handled the delivery problem with the carrier.”

“Ordered a controller, it arrived as stated, well packaged and as described. Instructions easy to follow and had it fitted and working within minutes. The only negative is the blue screen, it is quite bright and the unit is in our dogs cupboard, issue resolved by making a blackout screen now everyone happy!”

“I found Sunvic mid-position motorised valves in stock and at a good price on the Heating Controls Online website. The website was well-designed and easy to use, as was the check-out. The three valves that I ordered arrived fast (from memory either one or two working days) and the one that I have used so far has worked perfectly. All good. Would definitely recommend.”

“A very good experience. Sent a photo of our current TRV as we needed some new heads. HCO were able to tell us which replacement we should have. Ordered them up and they arrived promptly and fitted perfectly.”

“Ordered the part by express delivery as i had no heating. Was redirected to FEDEX who took 1 week to delivery. Had missed promise after missed promise, was lied to - extremely frustraing when you have no heating and paid for express. Heating Controls Online has no number to reach them on so one can only communicate by email”

I'm sorry you are not happy. Looking at the tracking, delivery was attempted on the 1st working day - but nobody was home. It was successfully delivered on the 3rd working day. This is within the timescale of the Express delivery (During the current COVID-19 crisis) timescale you were offered and certainly not a week.
