“Great decisive and prompt response from my email enquiry on the compatibility of thermostat for my underfloor heating. Other lazy suppliers sat on the fence when I posed a similar question as they clearly lacked the knowledge that Customer Support at Heating Controls had. To top it off the thermostat was received less than 24 hours after the order was placed, truly remarkable service.”
