“I was replacing a Siemens RWB9, now obsolete. I asked if the RWB29 would replace it, and you replied the same day that it would. When it arrived, the details in the box did not mention compatibility with the RWB9, but you were right. It's nice to deal with suppliers who know what their products can do.”

“Very prompt delivery. Exactly as ordered. Good selection of products not found elsewhere. However Honeywell valve was poorly assembled and did not function properly (we had to reassemble valve correctly). We are appalled at Honeywell quality control but that is not Heating Control's fault in any way.”
