“The company provide what it said on the advert, the product, the dispatch but them the delivery service was the spanner in the works. I left an E-mail to leave the parcel with a dedicated alternative address (next door). This information was not passed onto the driver. This meant that I had to spend a second hanging around for the delivery. Heating Controls "A" OK, delivery company need to rethink their communication system as they are letting their customer and their customers, customer down by a very poor standard of service.”

“Brilliant service, delivered in only 2 days (although I paid for 4 day delivery). Received regular e-mail updates of order status, including notification of the one hour slot when delivery would be made, which was met.”

“This transaction was as boring as it should be. You had what I wanted. I chose it and paid you. You delivered a well packed parcel and delivered when promised. I unpacked the parcel, took out the item and fixed it in place, nothing noteworthy or dramatic happened. That is how it should be, boring.”
