“1st Secure/Horstmann units were defective out of the box. Despite stating on their website that they provide "Awesome Support" & show a phone logo, there is no phone number. Had to contact via email and having returned the original units, 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting for a replacement. Can't recommend their service or the products delivered in my case, and I won't be using them again.”
