“This transaction wasn’t perfect but the resolution offered was excellent. My initial order was despatched quickly and arrived within 2 days. The product was faulty. The returns process was quick and easy and a new product was despatched. This product got lost by Royal Mail and the product was no longer available. The team at Heating Controls Online then offered me an upgraded product that worked similarly to the original part I ordered. It was the same manufacturer and was a direct replacement. This was received and has now been fitted successfully. So overall, despite the hiccups, I am happy. It did take a while to receive a new working product, maybe 10 days in total but the service was well redeemed. Thank you.”

“Ordered two thermostats with remote sensors - both items were out of manufacturers warranty and both defective as agreed with by Danfoss. Sent items back for replacements but as items no longer available they say they will refund me. They lie about items being defective and take funds for postage - over 4 times the amount it cost. Unhelpful, deceptive and untrustworthy company. I’ll make sure this review goes on all platforms. Disgusting”

All our products come with a minimum 1 year warranty. We tested the thermostats, and found both to be working correctly. Upon further investigation it became apparent you had a 24v system, and you had ordered 230v thermostats. The thermostats you ordered would not work on 24v. There was no fault - you has ordered the wrong ones. We refunded in line with our non-faulty return policy, as we had fully proven for them to be functioning. It is a shame that your attitude was aggressive and obstructive throughout the whole process and we had to end communication.

“Didn’t have the valve I needed (it’s discontinued) so pointed out a suitable replacement which arrived quicker than expected and slotted right on, heating working perfectly again happy days”

“Excellent service , replacement actuator valve and motor was delivered promptly , I'd ordered this specifically because Heating controls had stated on their web that it was a direct replacement for my existing valve , everything fitted perfectly and we no have hot water again at a reasonable price.”

“Bought a replacement for a heating/hot-water control which had simply 'failed in service'. Prompt delivery. Good price. Excellent service. It was simple to fit - loosen 2 screws lift off the failed unit and replace with the new one. Easy peasy. On this experience - I recommend this supplier.”

“I needed a new programmable room thermostat to work with an old system, because we have lots of mini power cuts and my old controller lost all its settings each time and was a pain to reset. All my questions were answered, the recommended part ordered specially and dispatched promptly. Then I got advice on installing it and linking to the existing receiver. Really helpful and works a treat. Thank you!”
