We received emails confirming the order, installation date & engineer's the day before installation giving ETA. Peter the engineer started work as per his email. He was professional,courteous, tidy & took time to explain about the Combi boiler,Adey MagnaClean & tado Smart Thermostat. We hope to enjoy many years of reliable service from our new Combi boiler,MagnaClean & tado. We have already mentioned to friends & family how impressed we are with the service provided by Heatable.”

“I own a 2 bed flat in Kent but am living in Canada. The heating tank leaked so we had it drained and I wanted a replacement combi. My thinking was damn, this is going to be a pain to sort out remotely. My partner is due to fly there for a month and I want her to have hot water and heat and not be dealing with everything when she arrives. So my buddy in Kent steps in and offers to help. I got one quote from a local plumber and it was really high I felt. I found Heatable and did some research, checked out reviews and liked the instant quote with nothing hidden and no ‘bull’. I got online with Ben at the company and he answered my questions and I submitted photos of our current set up. He got his technical guy, another Ben, to tell me if the height to second floor would be a problem (it was not). I got my boiler ordered, set an install date, badda bing, badda boom...the date came. My friend got an email the day before with a photo of our installer and what time he’d arrive. He came and was professional. There was an issue with the boiler itself giving a fault reading which took calls to Viessmann time to figure but that was nothing to do with the installer and he persevered. He got it up and running and the following day a Viessmann engineer came to diagnose if there was a problem but it was A OK. A few days later the documentation was sent; 10 year warranty and safety certificate. I have no hesitation in recommending Heatable. They are straight forward and you pay what it says. If I can do this from overseas with confidence, anybody can.”

“From the start of the buying process to the boiler being fitted Heatable were very professional and polite. They were on time when arriving to fit the boiler and were considerate with our property. They took away all rubbish as promised and we are very pleased with everything as we were dreading the job being done. Thank you to everyone associated with Heatable.”

“Stumbled accross Heatable whilst researching Boiler pro/cons. The Reviews were so positive I returned to web site after 24 hrs and obtained a quotation to supply and fit new Boiler which was very acceptable, and included items I had not yet considered ; extended gas connection,magnetic water filter, Top range Room Temp Controller and system cleaner. I had to upload photos of existing Boiler,situation and outside Flue position .This whole thing took less than 5 mins (plus photo time). Paid imm as reqd ( but on CC for safety). Needen't have worried. Inst date of 2 days agreed. Engineers arr bang on time. In 5/6 hrs fitted& running .Pleasant ,tidy guys,no mess and a very neat job with the pipework. Whats not to like?.”

“Great customer service, our installation day was well managed. George arrived at 8 o’clock it wasn’t a straight forward job he did a 12 hour shift to get it completed, and left the area as clean as he found it. Heatable even gave me a partial refund, because the new boiler stayed in the same place. Without hesitation I would recommend Heatable to anyone.”

“From beginning to end it was so easy to order with Heatable. I had a few questions before I ordered and spoke to Sam online who reassured me by saying I could send a few photos and he would confirm if I would be ordering the correct item. I then ordered online choosing a date that suited, as soon as I had ordered I received a phonecall from a lady to confirm that everything had gone through and was booked in for my requested date. The day before installation I received a text to confirm what time my installer would be there. On the actual day Mark turned up at 8am as stated in the text, he prepared the area with covers so as not to make a mess then started on fitting the new boiler. Mark thought it would be straight forward and would be finished by about 4pm but unfortunately came across a couple of problems. These he managed to sort and bless him didn't finish until gone 8pm at night. I can not thank him enough for managing to get my nice new boiler up and running and the fact that the amount they state is the amount you pay no matter what problems they come across is very reassuring and you know they aren't ripping you off. Thank you Mark!! Thank you Heatable for a super easy service, thoroughly recommend :)”
