“I bought a product recommended for long term use by my dog’s vet and needed to email to check some use by dates for bulk buying. I got a super quick and helpful reply telling me exactly what I needed to know and more (stock availability etc). “Wonderful customer service. There was a problem with my order not going through to Despatch correctly which led to a slight delay. Manager was in touch with me promptly to let me know what had happened and got the order sent out immediately and added an additional gift for my trouble. Excellent service, will definitely use again!”

“Great products and swift delivery. Happy they have the biospotix range for cats as the flea spot on and collars really work well, and my cat is much happier. Other chemical-based products have made her fur fall out whereas this hasn’t. Flea free and happy cat.”
