Hi Margaret I am sorry you have not received your product which was dispatched on Monday. Andrea will be calling you to check we have the correct delivery address for you and discuss this with you. This review was the first time we knew there was an issue. Royal Mail 48 is normally very good and can take 1-2 days. However it can in certain circumstances take longer and Royal Mail themselves state 2- 4 days which would be tomorrow. We take customer service very seriously and we want to ensure all customers get their orders in a timely manner.

“I recently found out about Healthful Pets whilst browsing online. An amazing company with amazing natural products that are now being used by my 12yo kitty. I didn't want anything that would harm her and was able to find a wealth of choices on the website. I brought diamateous earth for flea repulsion and parasite (using in her food and on her coat), plaque remover and vermiX cat treats for improved digestion. A normally fussy cat she has happily accepted all of them. Highly recommended for conscientious pet owners!”
