“Arrived in good time and look the same flowers as in picture, thought the bouquet was much smaller than appeared in picture though,so glad I had a discount voucher to use, but generally OK. First time I used them following recommendation from Good Housekeeping article, chose HAUTE as really wanted something with real wow factor and a bit underwhelmed”

“The flowers were really beautiful just as described and I love the choice of cards and being able to personalise them. But the web site was hard to use I took ages to add the personalised card. Had to add a standard message then it registered my personalised card. This added about 10 frustrating minutes and I nearly gave up. They did not send me a tracking link so began to get worried that it might not be delivered on time. However all was fine on the day and they were quick to answer my queries. I would definitely use them again.”
