“Ordered flowers for my girlfriend she loved them! When I ordered them I thought the website was a bit misleading as it was advertised as next day delivery but then in the t&c’s I noticed delivery to her postcode was actually 2-3 working days! But they arrived the day after and she loved them!!”

“Orchid was lovely but I hadn't realised that it was being delivered by Royal Mail, so it didn't arrive on 13th but came on 14th. I think it should be made clear on your website that it may not arrive next day.”
