Purchase for delivery 11/04/26 over £50.00 roses dried up carnations a day left if im lucky its the 14/04/24 3 days total waste of money this is the second time terrible flowers, granted they replaced the flowers in February and i received very nice fresh flowers and lasted. Benefit of the doubt i gave this time and tried again for the convenience never again better going to a florist. Very disappointed.

I’ve ordered twice now with Haute Florist and both times the bouquets received were absolutely gorgeous! The recipients were so delighted.. Can’t believe my luck at finding such a high quality, great value for money florist, I’m so impressed. Will definitely use again! (Would have posted photos, but can’t see how)

I've ordered twice from Haute, the first a hat box arrangement for my daughter's birthday and again a bunch of flowers as a housewarming gift. Both gifts were exceptionally fresh, well received and good quality and worth the premium. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Haute as a go-to online florist.

Sadly the flowers haven’t arrived on the promised date. After placing the order and paying in good faith I received an email confirming delivery would be a day later than our original agreement the recipient wasn’t going to be at home that day so I tried contacting customer services who finally came back to me two days later and said it’s not theirs or the carriers responsibility but mine and the recipients - not sure how that works when they agreed the date and booked the carrier? - spoilt the birthday gift definitely won’t use this company again

Received and also purchased few times from Haute Florist and always has been perfect. However was disappointed with the quality and outcome this time with one flower totally snapped off and looked like it was just placed on top and some of the others slightly browning) Got in touch to send my order back and have a perfect new bouquet sent again to my mum but they wouldn’t and offered £10 credit instead. Will not be ordering again unfortunately with customer service unable to resolve the problem. I didn’t not want a refund or a form of credit I just wanted the order resent and the original order to be sent back to Haute Florist. :(

Exceptional service. Not only did they have the flowers I wanted but I was able to send a personalised card with them. So easy when shopping from Australia. Flowers arrived in time and the receiver was overjoyed with her bouquet. Thank you Haute Florist I will definitely be using you again.

Haven’t had great experience with flower companies as they didn’t look like what you order but Haute Florist were amazing! The flowers were exactly how I chose on the website was beautiful and came perfectly in time the next day!

The flowers were for my friend’s mum who recently lost her husband of 60 years. I was away on holiday so it was really important to me that the flowers would be right. I’ve been told they were a gorgeous , large bunch of lilies and she was delighted to receive them.Thank you.
