“Twice in the past fortnight i have chosen the Venice bouquet. On both occasions the flowers were 100% perfect - representing the bouquet exactly as ordered. The flowers are absolutely stunning. I highly recommend Haute Florist. The only flaw is the delivery service. Both times I was disappointed with the delivery - firstly the box was laid down on its side and the recipient not informed (the flowers left on on a log pile), the second time the flowers were not delivered in the delivery window stated - 2 hours later than the 5 hour window.”

“The flowers were lovely but let down by the service supplied by Royal Mail. They tried to deliver after 7pm supposedly knocked, rang the bell etc but left a card to say they couldn’t deliver!! The occupant of the house was in and confirmed no body tried her door.”

“The site is very easy to navigate and you are able to filter by popularity and price. It could be improved by being able to filter for bouquets that include specific types of flower (when someone has a favourite flower.)”

“The Royal Mail delivery of the flowers was disappointing resulting in withered blooms. But Haute Florist arranged for a repeat bouquet which was much appreciated. Well done for such good customer service. Unlike Royal Mail.”
