“Gorgeous range of flowers, great price, accurate delivery. Only gripe is I didn't get an email notification of dispatch but otherwise stunning! Used instead of Serenata whom let me down with flower quality a couple of times.”

“Lovely flowers, good delivery experience. I like the website and adding photos to your own cards. Only down side was they forgot the flowers note with the flowers, maybe because I also ordered a card. But I was expecting both to be included (the stick for the card was, just not the little card). I would use the company again.”

“Flowers were beautiful and arrived when I’d requested. All I would say is the roses were slightly on the wilted side however that’s expected when posted through mail. Overall beautiful flowers for great price”

“My mum loved the flowers she received, very pretty and delivered on the day stated. Packaging was great too, one tiny little gripe is there was no dispatch email and the tracking was inaccurate, but as they got there OK, it was fine”

“Very happy recipient on Mothers Day. Was let down last year by the quality of flowers from a High Street chains range of flowers which weee of poor quality. Decided to give Haute a try and not disappointed. Recipient said the flowers are excellent and the packaging simple but classy”

“Was looking for flowers to send to my mother in law for her birthday on a next day service. Plenty of choice at reasonable prices. Selected a beautiful bunch and paid extra for the tracking and notifications (as you do). Received one email to say my order was received and one email that it was being picked. There was no despatch email and definitely nothing to indicate tracking. I logged onto my account, however, and clicked on the tracking link (Royal Mail) and again it was pretty useless as it said it would be delivered that day. Received a text when I got back home from work from Royal Mail to say they had been delivered and deposited in safe space. I’m a bit disappointed as I wanted to ensure someone was able to be there as my mother in law is just out the hospital having had a knee replacement and would not have been able to answer the door herself. Had I known a rough delivery time I would have ensured someone was there to take receipt of the flowers. Having said that the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! A stunning display that put other more expensive bunches to shame. I have shown off the photos to virtually anyone who would listen to me. Had to split into two vases as she did not have a big enough one to accommodate. For the price & quality I will definitely purchase again. However I do hope the communication side improves.”
