Don’t bother ordering large cause they’ll send you everything BUT large!! VERY DISAPPOINTING! They put in effort for industry events only ! Really, really disappointed! Some were even dying.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of flowers! Flowers squashed and not fresh enough. The bouquet didn't look anything like the website photo, after 1 day from receiving they wilted as if had them a week! Customer service just reading from a script & really not bothered about customer service or customer satisfaction. Not recommended to use this company. (I wanted to add photos but not able to add)

Absolutely awful! Paid for next day delivery on Friday and they sent them by Royal Mail (for flowers!!!!). When Royal Mail failed to deliver as the person (who the flowers were a surprise for) wasn’t home, the said they would deliver them the next working day….MONDAY!!! they arrived to the person this evening (Monday) practically dead. I have been in touch with Haute via their customer service and all got was generic replies about tracking numbers etc etc. Why use Royal Mail for delivery is beyond me. It’s FLOWERS!! Not a parcel which can be delivered again. Flowers have a shelf life. Absolutely awful and might has well have burnt the £74! Worst experience ever. Do not use them.

I ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered on a particular day - they were not delivered, they have still not been delivered (the delivery day was 2 days ago), they don't say when they will be delivered. I paid the extra cost to guarantee the delivery on a particular day. When I contacted customer service, they just give a general reply that doesn't ask my question and doesn't at all refers to the particular delivery. I will never use this service again!

I really must thank you, I had mistakingly given the delivery address as the billing Address, but the amendment was picked up by you and corrected, The flowers were excellent, and I would have no hesitation in recommending your Company. Kind regards David Jones

I have been buying flowers from here for my gf but was left disappointed on my last buy. The flowers were almost dead and falling off and wasn’t fresh.

DO NOT use this company, I have ordered through many companies and never had an issue, used Haute for the first time and my sister's flowers were not delivered on time, contacted customer service and they said they don't guarantee delivery and that if they can't be delivered which they won't be as they were to be delivered on her birthday to her work (now closed for the next 2 days) that when the delivery is returned they won't resend/replace or assist at all. Disappointing experience, my sister never got her flowers for her special day, I've lost money and now have to use another company to re purchase flowers for her. Pathetic customer service, would never ever recommend anyone to use this company go and use one of the many other competent companies there are plenty in london- your welcome
