“Awful experience. not next day delivery but 5 days later after 7 complaints emails ! would never use again. which is a pity as flowers were beautiful so credit there !”

“I booked a delivery for the 18th December, flowers were not delivered. Contacted in writing their customer services and recieved a sytandard reply back stationg they would get back to me. Five hours later no reply. Tried their phone number and just got a continual tune before the line went dead after 6 minutes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.”
