“They run a huge advert on google to advise that they offer next day delivery to Northern Ireland. I have placed an order for florals for a friend's birthday, paid for next day delivery and have now been emailed to say they aren't going to get there until the following day. Apparently it is hidden in their ts&cs that anywhere outside of England counts as a hard to reach area and isn't covered by their advertised delivery. Absolutely disgusted with their service and the man on the phone couldn't have card less.”

Due to the distance between the delivery address and our distribution centre, it can sometimes take extra time in transit, as we do advise in our T&Cs and also the delivery information on each product page. “Have ordered lots of online flowers at the risk of being disappointed even after spending £50 + I was recommended Haute and I will be recommending to everyone going forward. Flowers were lovely vibrant and the large was worth the extra. Beautiful gift. Thank you”

“The flowers were exactly as described and arrived well packaged and on time. The recipient said they looked and smelled lovely and it was uplifting to receive such a beautiful bouquet. It is usefulto be able to choose the size of the bouquet, add a personal message and a vase if someone has just moved house. I have used Haute Florist for a few years and the reaction is always the same - fabulous!”
