“The whole process was very easy and the chaps that came to install the boiler were very friendly and professional, explaining everything along the way. I was shown how to work the new panel and they left everything relatively tidy and took away my old tanks. I would highly recommend hassle free boilers if you need a new boiler but cant afford to fork out the huge upfront cost. Ive gone from paying £100 a month to £50 a month for gas, so its paying for itself :)”

“Hassle-free were very direct and very helpful, and once I had checked, the deal really is too good to be true. As I was also able to cancell most of my Homecare agreement, the cost is almost nothing for a brand new top quality boiler and annual servicing. There were a few minor problems in the first few days, but the reponse times and efficiency of the backup staff were fantastic (some of the problems related to minor faulty components, but even a simple thing will stop a system working). All is now smooth and I am loving the ease with which I can alter the heat settings. I recommend this company to anyone anywhere ! Alan Douglas”

“The package that Hassel Free Boilers offer is in my opinion a very is a no brainer if you are in need of a new boiler. The whole experience I had with them was second to none. The 2 guys that came and did my installation were polite, friendly and very thorough and clean. I have had no problems at all since the boiler was fitted 8 months ago, and the boiler that was fitted is top of the range and seems to be very efficient so far. I would (and have) recommend them to anybody that is in need of a replacement boiler.”

“I had my boiler installed a year ago. the service from start to finish was excellent. The installation was very quick and easy. I have just had my first regular service and again the engineer arrived exactly on time and was very good and thorough. My new boiler is saving me money in gas bills. I have and will continue to recommend Hassle Free Boilers”

“Had the New Boiler installed over 6 months ago the two engineers who fitted it were excellent, the only gripe I have is the cover which fits underneath has been hanging down ever since it was fitted and there is no way it will stay in position because to much as been cut away.”

“Initially contacted the company only wanting information, would not continue if I felt there was any hard sell going to happen. I found the person on the other end of the phone willing to give honest answers to my questions and no pressure to buy with promises of reductions if I said yes then and there. Each part of the process was easy to follow and again any queries or questions answered in a considerate way. The surveyor was a professional individual and willing to listen to my concerns regarding which boiler would best suit my circumstances, all work that was required was explained and time given for me to process. The workmen themselves were brilliant, the surveyor had made one mistake and this was not turned into a disaster but discussed and options offered. They worked all day for two days clearing up as they went along. as my boiler was of some age there was a fair bit of change required, the men sorted this out and ensured that all areas were left repaired and finished to a high standard. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a job well done. Jenni Bryant”

“Moved into our new house on Monday 28th April - boiler died immediately - Hassle Free had a new boiler installed on Monday 12th May. Unbelievable service. We used them in our last house and they were brilliant then, but this was above and beyond. Thank you.”

“Some people may be nervous about entering in to a contract with this company. Don't be. When you consider the top of the range boiler they install and the cover they provide for your entire central heating system, it's actually remarkably good value. Installation is quick, efficient and clean. The boiler is amazing (we're saving bundles of cash on our gas bill because it's so efficient) and they give your whole system a flush and overhaul at the same time. For the first time in forever, winter has arrived unnoticed because our boiler has automatically kicked in to keep the house at a nice temperature. The montly payment isn't MUCH more than a Homecare agreement from British Gas, Homeserve etc. and it includes the cost of a brand new Vailant boiler. I would recommend this company to everyone. You'd be mad not to consider them.”

“Very clean and efficient installation with top of the range boiler. Maintenance charges are high compared to other suppliers, so this is in effect a hire purchase agreement, but works out at excellent value, especially if you are desperate for a new boiler and do not have the up-front finance. Would definitely recommend.”

“The whole deal from initial enquiry to final installation was done with a minimum of fuss and effected in a very professional manner. The first inspection was carried out very efficiently and was follwed up by some careful administration and finally concluded by a team of two men whose work simply had to be admired for its craftsmanship and total confidencein each other. EXCELLENT.”
