“The whole process was completely painless, the engineers were efficient, clean and tidy and the job is excellent. We are very pleased indeed. It is a no brainer to have a professional installation with no capital outlay. My daughter has had hers done as well. The main problem recommending people is convincing them that there is no catch. It really is that good.”

“Good Customer Service, the workmen were friendly, efficient and tidy. I Thank You So Much, if it wasn't for your Fantastic Deal, I think I would still be without Hot water and Heating NOW, as not having funds to pay for a new boiler as my old boiler had blown up and unable to get the parts needed for repair. I had already been without a boiler for 5 weeks and was stressed out, as I have an Elderly Mother and Teenage Daughter to care for. I saw your advertisement on facebook and am so Pleased that I did!!! The boiler is so quiet and I have saved @ least £50 per quarter on my gas bills so far. I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.... I SEND A BIG THANK YOU HFB TO ALL YOUR MEMBERS OF STAFF.. Mrs M Nicholas”

“From start to finish hassle free boilers done an excellent job , took the old back boiler and gas fire out and put in a brand new combi boiler.All done in one day as well. Would highly recommend.”

“We had our new boiler fitted in June this year, excellent installers, very efficient and tidy and would certainly recommend this. Our gas bills are better and the house is lovely and warm, with lots of hot water. Thank you - Jan Matthias”

“The 2 men that came to install the boiler were excellent, they were friendly and polite at all times. They cleared up after themselves and I didn't have any mess atall. Excellent service and would recommend your company to others. Thanks”

“Very pleased with the service we received, fitting of new boiler etc. Did have a slight mishap with a soldering iron and my leather sofa but Hassle sorted all this out and we were very pleased with the outcome. Would recommend to friends and family”

“We had just moved into our first house, and discovered there were real problems with the heating system. “I would like to say that from the initial telephone call right through to the boiler been installed, the whole process was very quick. From the Surveyor to the Engineers they were all very friendly and available to answer any questions that I had. Thank you.”
