“I had a combi boiler fitted. It was done over two days . The fitters,Rob and Frank were really nice lads and carried out the work efficiently and always cleaned up afterwards. I was amazed that they actually turned down a cup of tea at one point, preferring to get on with the job. On the second day I had to go to work but they made sure they were here early so that I could let them in before I went. I was happy to leave them to it and trusted them to leave the place tidy. They did not disappoint and I am very pleased with my new heating.”

“Boiler fitted in no time what ever happened to te promise of some high street vouchers or was this a sales ploy,but thanks for the boiler though”

“Arrived early explained what they were going to do answered all my questions and got on with the job. I just laid out the teamaking facilities and biscuits and asked them to help them selves. I did have look every so often and could see that what I had on my notes was being done and if I asked a question they took time to answer. When they left at the end of the first day every thing was left clean and tidy. They returned next day and completed the work. I was then shown round all the items they had fixed and had them explained to me. They cleared away all the items they had removed and cleaned up. Since then I have had the central heating working every day and have been very pleased with its performance. The £36 p.m that I'm paying covers me 24/7 and includes a yearly service plus the cost of a "New Boiler.! Bitish Gas would charge me £30 p.m plus £99 excess for any repairs carried out for the the same service but they wouldn't have supplied a " New Boiler". I have had a good deal and I would RECOMEND HASSLE FREE BOILERS to anyone. Gordon Steed”

“I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently the whole process took - two weeks. Had a phone call less than 3 hours after I registered on line. The survey came 2 days later. Later the same day I had a call saying there was a cancellation could they come the following week to install the boiler. The engineers were very polite, got on with the job. Explained what I had to do with the boiler - very little and how to use the thermostat. They cleaned up their mess and took all packaging away. I was very impressed and would certainly recommend your company to anyone I know who is looking for boiler replacement. Excellent work all around to your staff. Support staff very helpful when I had a query couldn't fault them either”

“I found the assesment and the fitting was excellent, quick and very professional. They did let themselves down a bit with the aftersale paperwork (hope this was only a one off) and the promise of highstreet discount vouchers never appeared. I could not be bothered with chasing this up. But all round, for the price it was a worth while investment.”

“Very clean hardly any mess or marks on walls or carpets. The team worked until the job was finished some 12 hrs. Would recommend to anyone. What you pay British Gas to cover your boiler and central heating maintenance would almost cover the cost for a new system and maintance.”

“The work was carried out to a high standard and I have no complaints about how the workmen went about completing it. However I do now have a noise in my bedroom which is adjacent to the boiler. The lads were clean and cleared up any mess they made. Well done good job.”

“My husband was very reluctant to use Hassle Free, but after much persuasion, or should I say nagging he agreed. We now have a very warm house, and much cheaper bills, he is delighted. From my initial call through to installation I have been impressed by the professionalism of you organisation, all staff members have been charming and helpful, I cannot praise you enough. “Very quick service. Very pleasant staff all the way from the first call to the surveyor and finally the contractors that fitted the boiler. The house was left spotless when they left. From initial enquiry to fitting took about 2 weeks. Fantastic service !”
