“The surveyor was prompt, pleasant and thorough. He explained what would happen and was very reassuring. The installers arrived as arranged. They were caring of our property, very efficient and again very thorough. They talked me through the controls and advised me of how any queries or problems I might have would be dealt with. Overall an excellent service.”

“Value for money thought there would be a catch what you see is what you get absolutely great service installed quickly and installers were polite and cleaned up. Highly recommend from our warm and cosy home. Very pleased and happy customer”

“Our old boiler was over 10 years old and not fit for purpose. We decided to invest in a new energy efficient boiler. We found Hassle Free boilers online. We decided to go with the company and stressed it was a matter of urgency for us. The survey was completed and a week later the boiler, thermostat, etc all fitted in one day. The fitters were very professional and extremely proficient. I was given a demonstration before they left to ensure I knew how to change the settings and the most efficient setting for the best economy. We now have an A rated boiler which is protected by warranty, scheduled services and 24hr call outs 364 days a year (not Xmas) if required for the next 10 years. So I have piping hot water; lower bills and peace of mind all for £17 a month - what's not to like!!!!!!! In comparison I could have been paid over £5000 for a new boiler and fitting then at least £10 a month boiler cover with a £100 excess. A TOTAL NO BRAINER.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish! There was no pressure at all to sign up & everything was done at my pace. Installation was prompt & the chap was very neat & tidy. The boiler itself-fantastic!!! The portable thermometer control is brilliant & so easy to use. Would definitely highly recommend!”

“Great from start to finish, from the initial enquiry to installation. Excellent customer service team, very quick survey, happy and really surprised how quick we got an installation date. The day of the install, very friendly team, clean professional, and already seen a massive reduction in gas use, highly recommend.”

“I am very happy with the service Hastle Free Boilers gave me. The survey was very thorough and easy to understand. The installation was quickly and professionallly done with Minimal mess and inconvenience. The after care is also very good. All together oi would recommend H F B to any one, it's a very affordable and easy way to replace your old boiler.”

“Excellent service all round from start to finish. The only negative is that I had my boiler fitted at the beginning of October and still not received the my vouchers.”

“The whole process was simple and stress free from the first contact , the gentlemen that came to fit the boiler were polite friendly efficient and tidy, providing the right level of information and instruction. Even when we discovered a frozen stop cock they where not phased and gave me the information I needed to get it remidied. The boiler and controls are simple to manage and function wonderfly . Thank you I look forward to many more years of hassel free heating Kindest regard and much gratitude Sue Spencer”

“The company were brilliant from the first phone call fitting could not have been easier the chaps really made an effort to keep things clean and tidy. only ever had one occasion to contact about a fault and the engineer rang back within minutes and talked me through the problem, he did offer to come but there was no need.”

“Really impressed with the service, from the initial enquiry to the survey and installation this was all completed in a matter of weeks. I honestly thought there was and catch with this deal and was so pleasntly suprised that the company and installers took the hassel out of having a new boiler fitted. I would not hesitate to recommend the company.”
