“Arrived late, even though I paid express delivery, needed it for a show so complete waste of money as it didn’t arrive in time for the show, have sent 2 emails asking for a refund and a label to return and have been ignored. Very disappointed!”

“Lovely boots but after one week of wear the surface has scratched off and they look very tired. Contacted customer service who said I needed to send the boots back (at my expense) for them to investigate. Not ideal as I then won’t have boots to wear to work!”
