“Absolutely fantastic experience with this company. Easy ordering, was a slight mix up (wrong size in original box). Easy rectified, replacement sent before originals returned. As for the boots themselves!! I just LOVE them. My dog a German Shepherd requires 3 good long walks a day. No matter what the weather we are tramping through the streets and fields. I have purchased many wellies to try and find the best for the job!... mmmm after many soggy feet Hunters were the best... then... I thought I would give Harry Hall mud boots a try. JUST WOW!!! These comfy, warm, waterproof, awesome boots are my new favourites. To top it off, we have just tramped through ankle length storm Claudia floods in the park and survived dry warm feet! I have already recommended and will continue to do so. Thank you to all!.”

“Really lovely coat, fits beautifully, lightweight but still warm and great for rainy days, covers thighs when riding but not too long so doesn’t get in the way when doing yard jobs. Hood is perfect just deep enough to keep dry and can still see around you Am very happy I bought this one”

“I liked the look of the Harry Hall 'Denton' leather boot, and ordered my usual size 7. Delivery was really quick, just a couple of days. The boots looked lovely, and although they fitted, they were just a little 'snug', there wouldn't have been room for a pair of thick, warm socks, so I ordered a size 8 immediately, keeping back the first pair in order to allow me to choose the better fitting ones. The second pair were again delivered quickly, and a better size for me. The boots are nice and tall up the leg, and a good calf width - my legs aren't 'willowy', that's for sure!! With regards to the return of the size 7's, because I'm a Harry Hall member with horse insurance, I was sent a QR code which meant the return postage was free of charge, which was great, and my refund was made the very next day! I'm happy to recommend the boots and Harry Hall as a company too - everything about the transaction was perfect, from the purchase of the boots, the boots themselves, and the customer service I received. Thank you Harry Hall and staff - a great experience!”
