“I recently bought a long riding coat from Harry Hall. Unfortunately when it arrived I noticed that one of the poppers was broken. I tried to send it back but found the returns process impossible to complete. Despite several attempts, I could get so far and no further. I then tried to phone on the number provided but after a considerable wait, was unable to speak to anyone and was redirected online. The lack of customer care would make me wary of ordering again.”

“Harry Hall was very easy and helpful to order from. My packages also arrived very quickly (between 1-4 days after ordering) and the two rugs I brought for my 15.2 cob x fitted him perfectly and delivered safely. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.”

“Love all the fieldmasters range of rugs. Lovely fit, padded wither pads make it nice and comfortable along with the great neck design that stopped rubbing of your main. My horse never objects to having it on. I have this rug in various weights. My hundred gram did leak after a couple of months and currently in conversation with Harry Hall about a refund but I have ordered myself another new one in the meantime because I like them so much hoping Harry Hall will resolve it and give me a refund for the faulty item.”
