Hello Abbie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with your fly mask. We can see you contacted us in relation to this on the 30th August and we responded on the 1st September asking if you would upload some images and log this as a faulty item on our portal so we can investigate further. “Fantastic rug! Perfect for cooler nights or can also be used as an under rug. Its light enough to fit in the washing machine and washes up great. I originally ordered one in 6ft3 for one horse and once I'd used it ordered 6ft6 and 7ft3 for my other horses. Highly recommend this rug, great quality at a bargain price and fast delivery. Whats not to love!”
