“Lovely coat, first one was too small even though I used the size guide. Disappointed that I had to return then reorder rather than exchange. I was also charged £4 for the return.”

“I was very impressed with my rug, it was absolutely amazing quality and the body is very rainproof however the tail flap isn’t waterproof unfortunately so my horse did end up with a wet bottom🙈also the badge on the side of the shoulders is peeling off as the stitching has come loose. I did try send this to harry hall but it wouldn’t let me attach the images unfortunately. I would buy this rug again tho if it wasn’t for the stitching coming off”
