“We were pleased when the jacket arrived in good time and safely, as it was a present for our daughter's birthday, however when she tried it on, we were disappointed to see that the logo had a defect, appearing as HARY HAIL, with the bottom of the first L missing. She loved the jacket so much that wanted to keep it, but can you give us any recompense for the fault?”

“Product is exactly what I needed at a good price, I dropped one star as one of the leathers has some mould which I assume was from wherever it was being stored. Not a big deal and easily cleanable.”
