“Harry hall is a great site to get equestrian items at a discounted price. They always have good prices for their items and also always seem to have a good selection of items on sale, i would recommend. One of my friends recommended them to me and id continue to recommend to others, I am even a member of the one club which id recommend too if you're looking to get insurance for you or your horse!”

“The boots are ok but the sizing is not. The boots come up a size larger and there is no acknowledgment by Harry Hall that their sizing is wrong. So I’ve had to put insoles into the boots and wear 2 pairs of socks to make them fit.”

Dear Fiona, I’m sorry to hear the sizing of the boots isn’t right, we appreciate this is disappointing for you. Our product team work hard to get the right fit for most customers and to help all our products have specific sizing detailed on the product page prior to purchase. We then provide a 30 day returns service available for your support to try for fit as the sizing is a guide only https://harryhall.com/size-guides. Once the item tags are removed and the footwear is worn outdoors, I'm afraid that unless there was a fault we are unable to accept a return on the item.
