“Appalling. I ordered this item well in advance of the current cold spell to keep my horse warm. I contacted customer services on Friday 9th December to ask where the hell this rug was and also a heavyweight stable rug that I had ordered. I was told the courier would be contacted. Six days later I have not received any communication! It has been difficult to layer up my horse to keep him warm. Given the cold spell ends on Monday - I have just wasted my money ordering from Harry Hall. My confidence in the company has been shattered. Do I have to share this on Social Media to get a reaction?”

“Initially, I was pleased with the long-yard boots I ordered. They were warm and seemed durable. However, a few weeks of wear and both zips are broken plus the plastic footbed has come away from the fabric leg at the heel. I haven't even worn them every day. I AM NOT HAPPY. Will be complaining I am afraid.”

“Absolutely shocking service, I have been accused twice of not paying my premium for mine and my daughters insurance. Then I was told I had to prove I had paid it!! This issue has been going on since May. The portal doesn't work properly and the reasurrance my insurance is even valid is not convincing.”
