The product I ordered was not as described and I was not at all satisfied with it. On returning for a refund it transpires that not only could I not recoup my original £5.90 postage, I was expected to pay another £3.50 postage to return it. I am therefore left without the item I wished to purchase and almost £10 out of pocket. I believe this is unacceptable and would not consider buying Harry Hall products in the future.

Delivery and returns process is tedious. I ordered a pair of jodhpurs in the wrong size on a Sunday. I noted on Harry Hall website that items are only dispatched on weekdays so I emailed and called the call centre as soon as they opened at 9am Monday to ask about swopping the sizes. No response to my email but I was told on the phone at 9am that the item had already been dispatched and there was nothing that could be done. But, at 12:18pm Monday I received an email saying 'item has been packed and is awaiting despatch' which means that the call centre gave me the wrong information and could have helped me swop the size as the parcel wasn't actually dispatched yet!! Anyways, Evri standard delivery is charged as £5.95, and no returns labels are provided in the package and you need to pay for more postage to return the item. (By the way, standard delivery on Evri website is actually only £2.99). I still re-ordered (the right size this time!) and again paid £5.95 for delivery which is supposed to be 1-3 days. It has been 6 days and still no parcel. Not worth it. An expensive mistake for simply ordering the wrong size (and trying to rectify it asap!).

Item is damaged, customer support not much help, they kept emphasising that they have rigorous quality assurance checks and insinuating that I was making it up despite fact photos sent of damage, which was manufacturer damage by the looks of it. Asked to return item, no real help from company, had to quote legislation to them in the end gave up as not worth the hassle.

Purchased an item months ago only to find my card details have been used by HH to debit unauthorised amounts from my account with no purchases!!!!!

I didn’t receive this item - after waiting 10 days I emailed twice to find out what happened to my order and received no reply - I had to get a refund from PayPal and I have now cancelled my Harry Hall gold membership.

The couriers DPD refused to leave my parcel in the designated parcel box as other delivery drivers do and so it was returned as I was on holiday for a few days

Harry hall Hi Flex body protector. Brilliant price! but unfortunately even after correct measurements it was too big. Disappointed, as to return at post office it was £9.98 so I joined as a bronze member for £10 and get free returns. Shame as its a nice body protector

Bought 6ft which is the size of my pony. Really tight around the girth and neck way too big. Very disappointed.

Received a pair of faulty boots, buckle was on the inside of the boot and the colour wasnt anything like the photo advertised, bitterly disappointed as I'd waited a long time for these boots to come back into stock...

Pony had the muzzle on about 3 hours then went for a drink at a proper trough. When he lifted his head something pinged and one of the side strap stitching had come completely away. On inspecting it I found the thread used was so thin no wonder it broke Harry Hall used to be a top company 40 odd years ago but not any more. The ultimate grazing muzzle is made in China

I bought this rug in replacement of a rug that was 8 years old (a weatherbeeta) it was only replaced due to fading and starting to look tatty around the edges. Big mistake buying this rug from pretty much day one the front surcingles kept opening themselves so emailed Harry Hall to complain. It took them several days to reply and in the mean time the open surcingle has inevitably got caught on something and ripped let’s face it it was a matter of time and sadly in my case the rug lasted less than a fortnight. Money down the drain and all Harry hall can do is basically say not their problem. Do yourself and don’t but this rug it’s been a complete waste of money.
