“Not a good selection of stock unfortunately, I rarely find anything I'm looking for. But if you are an insurance member you do get the benefit of free delivery and returns which is very good.”

“The body protector purchased fits really well and is true to the size guide. You can tailor fit if necessary using the shoulder and side adjustments. The material used is really robust and cleaning isn't too difficult. Overall this is a great product 👍”

“Purchased a pair of Overstone II Country Boots for walking and general outside use. Boots were comfy and warm right from the off and am really pleased with them. However, one small issue is the buckle at the top of boot is not easy to do up and the leather is splitting already after only 2nd use. Have put some leather conditioner on it and it's a little more pliable but perhaps the buckle could be a little longer.”

“The boots were nowhere near the size ordered, far too small. Ordered my usual size and could barely get foot in. Very disappointing. Had to 'request a return' which was cancelled because my postcode was not on the order - despite the order having arrived with my postcode. Had to call the customer services twice to get through to a person as the 'issue with an order' option on the phone line ended with a referral to the website and the call being cut off.”
