“Turfonline delivered 320 square metres of turf on the delivery date as promised. The turf was good quality and a beautiful rich green coloured grass. Really helped to transform the look of our new build. Excellent product and service 👍”

“Problem with unloading from tail lift lorry with pallet trolley which was unsuitable for site especially as was explained in purchase notes that access had to be kept clear & delivery would have to be dropped onto site”

Sorry to hear you had issues with your delivery. We use a pallet courier to make many of our deliveries who offload using a tail lift and pump truck to offload as you described. “Great quality turf. I am by no means an expert but me and my dad (who is a more experienced gardener) laid the Jubilee turf in my garden and we were both very impressed. The big bag of topsoil was also very good and there were no problems with delivery.”

“Excellent Quality, Excellent Service. The turves were delivered on pallets which were placed close to where we were going to lay them. The advice given about how the lawn area should be prepared beforehand and how to lay the turf was very helpful. This made our task so much easier as we could plan what we needed to do in advance of delivery. We thought we were in little late in laying our turf and we were not able to add an Autumn feed because of an early fall of snow. We need not have been concerned as its aleady produced healthy growrh and the colour is great!!”

“I was extremely impressed by the Jubilee turf. We ordered approximately 175 sq metres, which came on 4 pallets. It was first class turf, on a rich bed of dark soil. It was laid the same day and now, 6 days later, is growing well. It looks fantastic and is the best turf I have ever purchased. It was weed free and thick and lush. I can certainly recommend the quality of the turf and the delivery.”

“We had a problem with our sedum roof which had slipped and exposed a bare patch at the top. Turfonline sent the metre square patch of sedum that we ordered very quickly and we were able to patch the strip. Very satisfied with customer service and product.”

“Easy to order online. Great to have a delivery within 24 hours, especially in winter when one can wait for a warmer window in the weather for laying. Looks good quality turf - and has turned out that way: I had two lay-in-a-day size batches, one before Christmas and one before Easter and the first is progressing well in 3 winter months.”
