“Ordered shademaster turf which is a very rich high quality slow growing turf. Buying online was an extremely easy and efficient ordering and delivery process from Turfonline.I did have one concern regarding the delivery which was resolved by the customer team.”

“Turfonline offer a brilliant service! I spoke to a very helpful person on the phone who helped me choose the right turf for my needs and talked me through the process of ordering top soil and then the turf before 10 the day before I needed it. All this went very smoothly, soil and turf arrived on time and the quality of both products was superb. My lawn is looking lush and lovely already!”

“Paid for delivery before 2.30pm. First pallet arrived at 10.30am then I got a phone call to say the second pallet of turf had been missed and would be with me 2-2.30. Anyway 2.30 came and went and eventually I got a text to say it would now be between 3.30 - 4. I rang to find out what was happening and was told someone would phone me back. I'm still waiting!! Turf eventually arrived at 3:45pm so I had to work late into the evening to get it down . Poor customer service.”

“Everything arrived on time and the delivery driver was particularly helpful. It is only 2 weeks since the meadow grass was laid but already we have promising new growth and it seems we have a good mixture of plants & grasses !”

“Written 11 days after having laid the turf. The turf seemed very healthy on delivery: green and lush. Rolls were sturdy and good quality. Laying them was easy- no issues there. 11 days later, and turf being watered regularly it looks very well and looks like it's gradually establishing. Very good experience overall!”
