“Jeez, what a bunch of bozos. Ordered a tonne of topsoil along with 2Kgs of grass seed, all booked in for delivery the next week. When it arrives, no grass seed! A quick call and it turns out they send the grass seed in the post! However, they don't bother until you get the soil, so you have to wait another few days before you can start work. Hopeless! They could at least send the grass seed the same day it's ordered so you've got it ready for when the topsoil arrives.”

“ordered turf on Monday for next day delivery delivered at 17:20 the next day was my own fault for not paying extra for earlier delivery but hay ho late night laying turf but wow great turf well worth the money and it instantly transformed my garden thank you turfonline even the Mrs is happy !!!!!!!!”

“The good thing was that the turf is very fresh. However, there were a few damaged edges, probably due to rude handling during transport. I had to use some patch repair seed and fertilizer to take care of these.”

“Turf arrived about midday on the date requested. 70m of turf was on two pallets, which the driver helpfully placed onto my driveway rather than the curb-side. The turf quality is excellent, with very consistent & even thickness. Laid the lawn the following day, with excellent results. Some areas currently appear to be a slightly different grass colour, however as we continue to water the lawn, the difference seems to be fading.”
