“1. Enquiry. Very helpful and informative response. 2. Order. Very helpful assistant who understood my needs and was particularly helpful with details of delivery requirements. 3. Payment. Painful but when is this bit not so. 4. Delivery. Prompt, punctual and helpful driver. 5. Turf. Excellent quality which quickly relieved the pain at 3. above. Overall a very satisfied customer.”

“Have yet to deliver through adjacent field where the expensive road has been laid to our Lane from Marsh lane. We have had three (3) deliveries and collections from 18 ton film lorries this past week. I would have thought our bridge access less turn around than the width in Marsh Lane access.”
