“After ordering the Jupiter mid sleeper, we did wait a couple of weeks for delivery but it arrived slightly earlier than anticipated. Delivery guys were good, called ahead and were very good when I was running late. All parts were present and in good condition although we found a couple of screws to fix the reinforced bar for the steps didn’t fit. We went ahead and completed anyway. After a few weeks my husband stood on one of the steps and broke the step! Our fault entirely - we contacted Happy Beds who were excellent, new parts delivered, very well packaged with no cost and very quick. Bed is now perfect. Note - it did take a day or two to fully assemble this. We’re not DIY experts but instructions were logical. Overall very happy. Our 6yr old son loves it.”

“I was worried at buying a bed online without seeing and touching. I took a gamble because the price was affordable and I'm so impressed. Its top quantity from materials to the fittings. Service online was excellent thanks Jade. And delivery company used were efficient, on time and helpful. 110% happy with my bed.”

“Leaving this review just in relation to ordering process thus far and will return here when we have the bed in situ. I was finding it difficult to get clear information from other companies about realistic delivery times before committing to the purchase, Rex was able to do this which felt reassuring enough to make the purchase. “BEWARE as they do not honour their 5year manufacturer warranty. My bed developed a defect less than a year and they did not investigate. I had to bring a charge with my credit card company to get my full £420 back!. BEWARE!”

“Was left high and dry by happy beds. I wished I had read the reviews before I used them. Between lost annual leave days, waiting in for delivery’s that never came, lost mattresses? How you can lose a mattress I don’t know, left sleeping on a sofa for 2 weeks, slow, matter of fact communication with no concern for the trouble their mistakes had caused us, unprofessional customer service entirely focussed on protecting their assets rather than putting things right. Their resolution for all of the above? Wait another week for another mattress or be refunded. It was out as bluntly as that, no offer o a few pounds off for my trouble or anything. I took the refund, will spend my money with another company who hold their customers in higher regard than Happy Beds. Would advise people to avoid them”

“Please don't buy anything from this company. They ship damaged goods and blame it on you. And they are just after customer money. No value, ethics or curtesy. Not just me, my mates had similar exercise. All we can do with our £300 furniture is just dump it at the waste yard without using for a day. Glad that my son didn't get injured while using their project.”

“The most positive thing I can say is that the half of the bed that turned up seems to be excellent quality. However, you can't sleep on half a bed and the company makes contacting them very difficult and don't really seem to care about sorting this situation. On the couple of occasions that we were lucky enough to get through they lied several times about it already being in the post just to fob us off. After almost a week of sleeping on the floor it would be great if someone from Happy Beds actually cared about happy customers!”

“Excellent customer service from every team member I spoke to. All were very polite and knowledgable. Loveee the mattress I have now! So thanks guys :) keep up the great work! Also, the delivery was on time when it said it would be and they give you a time slot of when they are going to arrive which is better than ‘any time that day’ kind of thing :) xx”

“Product and choices great. Customer service before and after "par excellent" , the girls ( sorry if I offend this choice of word) in the office have been brilliant and soon sorted the delay in the mattress which was delivered separately , and kept me in formed all through the process. Thank you Jade and Melissa, well done, get a pat on the back.”

“We loved our first happy bed so much that we came back for another! Our first purchase was the Brompton Midnight Blue Fabric Bed and the second was the Quebec Grey Fabric Bed! Product quality is excellent (first bed still going strong and looking great after nearly 2 years of use - the second was bought as a spare!) and service is second to none. Prices fantastic too! Would not hesitate to recommend 😀”

“Excellent service.My emails were answered immediately and my bed was delivered earlier than expected. Assembly of the bed was very easy and instructions were clear. “I found the web site very easy to get my way around to find what I was looking for, there was plenty of information about each product and the prices were very good, The delivery time was also very good time wise and the delivery company was excellent the delivery man was so helpful and polite all in all a very good company to deal with and the quality of my mattress is excellent.”
