“Please don't buy anything from this company. They ship damaged goods and blame it on you. And they are just after customer money. No value, ethics or curtesy. Not just me, my mates had similar exercise. All we can do with our £300 furniture is just dump it at the waste yard without using for a day. Glad that my son didn't get injured while using their project.”

“The most positive thing I can say is that the half of the bed that turned up seems to be excellent quality. However, you can't sleep on half a bed and the company makes contacting them very difficult and don't really seem to care about sorting this situation. On the couple of occasions that we were lucky enough to get through they lied several times about it already being in the post just to fob us off. After almost a week of sleeping on the floor it would be great if someone from Happy Beds actually cared about happy customers!”

“We just wanted to say what a brilliant product this was. Probably the easiest bit of flat pack to put together we have ever done, mainly down to the sheer quality of the bed.”

“Excellent customer service from every team member I spoke to. All were very polite and knowledgable. Loveee the mattress I have now! So thanks guys :) keep up the great work! Also, the delivery was on time when it said it would be and they give you a time slot of when they are going to arrive which is better than ‘any time that day’ kind of thing :) xx”

“Product and choices great. Customer service before and after "par excellent" , the girls ( sorry if I offend this choice of word) in the office have been brilliant and soon sorted the delay in the mattress which was delivered separately , and kept me in formed all through the process. Thank you Jade and Melissa, well done, get a pat on the back.”

“We loved our first happy bed so much that we came back for another! Our first purchase was the Brompton Midnight Blue Fabric Bed and the second was the Quebec Grey Fabric Bed! Product quality is excellent (first bed still going strong and looking great after nearly 2 years of use - the second was bought as a spare!) and service is second to none. Prices fantastic too! Would not hesitate to recommend 😀”

“Excellent service.My emails were answered immediately and my bed was delivered earlier than expected. Assembly of the bed was very easy and instructions were clear. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I shall certainly use Happy Beds again and have no hesitation in recommending them to all my friends and family”

“I found the web site very easy to get my way around to find what I was looking for, there was plenty of information about each product and the prices were very good, The delivery time was also very good time wise and the delivery company was excellent the delivery man was so helpful and polite all in all a very good company to deal with and the quality of my mattress is excellent.”

“I received my order yesterday and just wanted to say how happy I am with your service. The bed was delivered within the 2 hour time slot and the guys carried the boxes to where I wanted. The instruction were easy to follow and I was impressed that each part had a box number where you could find them which was so helpful. The bed looks great and my son is over the moon with it. Such good value for money too. Just wanted to give you feedback and I will definitely recommend your company to others”

“A few months ago i purchased a bed and i was very satisfied with the product. I now wanted to purchase a chest of drawers to match the bed frame colour. After a few email discussions with Jade ( customer service) she managed to send me out a sample from the manufacturers so i could see how good the match would be. It matched up almost perfectly and Jade went above and beyond to make dealing with Happy Beds a very enjoyable experience from day 1. Needless to say I've ordered the chest and I'm now awaiting delivery. Thanks again Jade for all your help you've been a star :)”

“It was delivered without any problems on time. It's a good strong bed the ottoman bed is great for the amount of storage space that's underneath. I have also wrote a review on trustpilot. And on Facebook about the service l got from happy beds. I would recommend Happy beds to anyone.”

“On the day of confirmed delivery On the day of confirmed delivery, Happy Beds informed me they would not be delivering my mattress. As the order was confirmed i had already god rid of my existing bed and mattress. The bedframe arrived, however there was no mattress. This left me with no bed to sleep. Numerous emails and a 5 days later, they confirmed my mattress was being delivered and to expect confirmation. This confirmation did not arrive, so, I emailed them to ask for an update and have only been told they are looking into it. So, I still do not have a mattress and they have not giving any real information / updates / compensation or a reason why they have failed to deliver a mattress. The bed and mattress were both quite expensive and i would not have expected such poor treatment of a customer. Disgraceful.”

“We ordered a Kimbo bed for my daughters 4th Birthday. The couriers rang us a week in advance to tell us what date they would deliver and they were true to their word. The bed was straightforward to build and the instructions were very clear. My daughter is ecstatic with her new bed and i couldn't fault the overall experience with happy beds. Highly recommend.”
