“I had an issue with a bed I bought from Happy Beds. Paige from customer service was outstanding in how she dealt with my query. “I placed an order but unfortunately with great regret had to cancel due to my daughter reminding me my granddaughter wee bit too young for bed being high. II contacted Sophie from customer services my order has been cancelled. Thank you soo much when my grandaughter ready for bed I will def be ordering from this company.”

“Friendly & Helpful Staff spoke to 3 seperate young ladies Including Sophie who helped amend an Order & Charlotte On an Initial Query. But all 3 were very patient & Helpful I only wished I could have ordered in person rather than ONLINE only ordering to clarify which would have saved my having to phone quickly after ordering in error online ,But it was all sorted quickly by Sophie.”

“I am really pleased with Happy Beds, I bought my bed from them last year, delivery was prompt and the bed itself is really nice and sturdy. This year I bought again one for my daughter. I had ordered it for March but realised I needed it sooner for mid February and Sophie and Harley were great help with this. They organised delivery for when I wanted it. Thanks for the great service :)”

“Really excellent customer service received for Sophie and Harley. There was a small mark in the product and once informed Sophie and Harley went out of their way to resolve the issue. They are a credit to Happy Beds. Would definitely buy from them again for customer service alone. Thanks both.”

“I haven't received my bed yet and was concerned when I didn't receive a confirmation email. I emailed them through their website and Hatley replied really quickly with the confirmation. Only knocked it down a star because if I'd have automatically received the confirmation, I wouldn't have had to contact them and have the unnecessary worry. Looking forward to my new bed : )”

“The bed arrived in a timely manner and I began to build it but unfortunately I damaged 3 of the parts in the process (completely my fault - nothing wrong with the parts themselves). Sophie and Harley at Happy Beds were fantastic. They asked for all the necessary info and soon raised a request for replacement items. Within a week they were delivered – free of charge I might add – and my daughters are delighted with their new bunk bed. I couldn't recommend Happy Beds highly enough.”
