“I ordered a bed but I put the wrong delivery address on it, so it was easy to Fill in the amendment form and within 10 minutes it was sorted out by (Sophie). Excellent customer service.”

“The customer service was fab. You get through on the phone right away and they really do go out of their way to solve any issues when ordering. I was given a solution which involved a refund for delivery and it was processed immediately. The follow up email to merge my orders into one was processed by a lovely lady (Sophie) who responded in a flash to my request. When do you get such immediate, helpful and cheerful service these days. I will keep my eye on this company for more purchases.”

“This is the second time I have purchased bunkbeds from Happy Beds and on both occasions I have been impressed with their service. The last occasion I had trouble in achieving the delivery date that I wanted, but using their online chat service which was manned by Chloe she got me through to a position that I was able to get the delivery exactly, and when I wanted, I thank her for bearing with me as my IT skills aren't that good Date of experience: 14 February 2024”

“I placed an order with Happy Beds and ended up needing to bring forward my delivery date by one week. I completed the online 'contact us' form. Liv from customer services get in touch the following day and offered a new date and get everything arranged for us. Thanks Liv for your speedy response!”

“Extremely happy with everything.Both Paige and Matthew were very professional with everything fromstart to finish. No time wasting,all my questions ,plus my 'trading' was extremely professional too. I have dealt with Happy Beds on a previous occasion when Paige handled this order with 'no hanging around.' Highly recommend this company,”

“The quality of the easy to build beds and mattresses were very good for a reasonable price. We did have an issue with one mattress with a ripped sturdy double polythene wrap which had sadly then been stored on a muddy floor. The efficient replacement of this within 48 hours was very efficiently handled by caring Sophie, a credit to her company, who kept us informed all the way.”

“Quick delivery of my bed, had a bit of an issue with some of the pre drilled holes causing damage to frame of bed. Reported it straight away and within a day of emailing I got a response from customer services (Liv and Paige). Both were excellent in dealing with my issue and a replacement part was sent quickly. Love the bed it’s such beautiful quality and looks amazing and the customer service made the experience even better. Would highly recommend this company and will be back in the future. Thanks Liv and Paige 😊”

“The customer service is really good. What I was not happy about is delivery guys they had some staff missing on my delivery now had to wait for 5-7 working days for my remote control and Screws for the bed while I’m sleeping on the floor.”

“We purchased a guest trundle bed a few months ago and have been pleased with item. However we recently had a broken slat and Sophie from Happy Beds. Customer Services was very helpful and after processing the issue was able to arrange replacement slats to be sent . Thank you Sophie ( and Happy Beds!).”

“Bought an excellent quality, great looking and well priced Harper Ottoman bed from Happy Beds back in Sept 2023. Had a minor part snap in transit, so phoned up and spoke with Olivia, who sent a full bag of replacement parts out incredibly quickly & at no charge. Phone call took less than 2 minutes. Superb customer service (with a follow up email to check everything was ok). Emailed them again in Jan 2024, as we were struggling to open the ottoman base using the one strap provided, asking if we could buy a second to make it easier to lift. Of course! Jack replied (first thing on the weekend), and as a matching strap was no longer available, he arranged for a selection to be quickly sent, again free of charge. Fantastic customer service. Genuinely brilliant company with excellent staff, products and matching service - the best we have dealt with for years and years. Would recommend them until we're blue in the face, and will go back to them for future (bed) purchases.”

“We received a delivery but the single mattress was missing. We contacted customer service to inform them of the missing part and We received outstanding service from Jack who rectified the error immediately and we received the missing part within 48 hours. Excellent service.”
