“The customer service is really good. What I was not happy about is delivery guys they had some staff missing on my delivery now had to wait for 5-7 working days for my remote control and Screws for the bed while I’m sleeping on the floor.”

“The customer service was really good, but the manufacturers have offered me a replacement, which I didn't really want. I wanted a stronger bed, the bed they are replacing virtually collapsed after just over a year”

“We purchased a guest trundle bed a few months ago and have been pleased with item. However we recently had a broken slat and Sophie from Happy Beds. Customer Services was very helpful and after processing the issue was able to arrange replacement slats to be sent . Thank you Sophie ( and Happy Beds!).”

“Bought an excellent quality, great looking and well priced Harper Ottoman bed from Happy Beds back in Sept 2023. Had a minor part snap in transit, so phoned up and spoke with Olivia, who sent a full bag of replacement parts out incredibly quickly & at no charge. Phone call took less than 2 minutes. Superb customer service (with a follow up email to check everything was ok). Emailed them again in Jan 2024, as we were struggling to open the ottoman base using the one strap provided, asking if we could buy a second to make it easier to lift. Of course! Jack replied (first thing on the weekend), and as a matching strap was no longer available, he arranged for a selection to be quickly sent, again free of charge. Fantastic customer service. Genuinely brilliant company with excellent staff, products and matching service - the best we have dealt with for years and years. Would recommend them until we're blue in the face, and will go back to them for future (bed) purchases.”

“We received a delivery but the single mattress was missing. We contacted customer service to inform them of the missing part and We received outstanding service from Jack who rectified the error immediately and we received the missing part within 48 hours. Excellent service.”

“I ordered a lovely looking bunkbed from Happy Beds, but after measuring out the room realised it was far too big and would obstruct the window. A few days before delivery was due I rang Chantal who helpfully changed my order to a narrower bunkbed still within the same delivery window.”
