“A year or so after buying a bed from Happy Beds, a part of the bed broke. Sophie from Happy Beds was very helpful in arranging a replacement from the manufacturer in short order.”

“My experience of Happy Beds (Sophie was my contact) has been amazing 11/10. I made an error in ordering yesterday and requested to make a change of mattress this morning. I got a reply very quickly confirming dispatch had already been booked but they would cancel and reorganize with my new bed - an hour later the order has been amended and a new courier booked for the same day deliver!!! - The communication and helpful attitude is so unusual and refreshing - well done Sophie and Happy Beds”

“The customer service of Happy Beds is excellent. Sophie particularly is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the bed and she dealt with it very nicely and swiftly. I am very impressed and haven’t seen such a good customer service in recent times.”

“Amazing response from customers service after having a slight issue with a bed, was all sorted within 3 days and a replacement being sent out, cannot fault this company for how quickly and efficiently they have delt with this, massive thank you to Sophie and Chantal for your quick response to my emails and for all the help.”

“Good responsive customer service! The bed arrived and it had been damaged in transit. The damage was not immediately apparent. i phoned Happy Beds and was really pleased at the helpful response i got from them - an immediate offer of replacement after i sent pictures of the damage. i got really helpful and friendly responses from both Sophie and Harley. Great customer service!”
