“One of the draws was damaged on the bed we purchased from ask. I contacted ask I spoke to a girl called Sophie she was very helpful and got a replacement sent out straight away. Thanks”

“Extremely happy with the customer service I received. Sophie was really helpful. She didn't have the information I needed on the product documentation so she went away and spoke to the manufacturer to get the information for me. Five star customer service.”

“We had a problem with our ottoman bed frame mechanism after about 18 months, we contacted Happy Beds and spoke with Paige & Jack who were very efficient and helpful in rectifying the issue directly with the manufacturer and arranging a new bed frame to bed sent to us. I couldn’t be more pleased and I would not hesitate in buying from Happy Beds again in the future 👍🏼😁”

“We have ordered one of their super king size mattresses online. The process was easy to follow, and the price was very competitive. However, we then changed our mind as to the model. We rang the call centre and got through to Lizzy and Liv who were both friendly and efficient in dealing with the order change and subsequent partial refund of the price difference. The mattress arrived perfectly as ordered and turned out very comfy (Touch 7-Zone Memory Foam Orthopaedic Rolled Mattress 6FT). Very happy.”
