“We ordered the Pegasus high sleeper, which my son absoloutely loves! Unfortunately one part was missing when it arrived, due to a slighly damaged box. Sophie (customer services) was extremely helpful though and contacted the manufactuers, and arranged a delivery of the missing part within a few days. Great customer service.”

“Aimee responded to my email within a few minutes! I needed to cancel my order which was already scheduled for delivery but this was no issue. I am very pleased with the customer service and Happy Beds.”

“Happy Beds have bern fantastic since I first placed my order. I had to change delivery dates twice and both times they attended to it so quick and really nice about it. Can’t fault them . Thanks to Chloe and Amie”

“We have bought several mattresses and have been pleased with them. With the last mattress we bought, there was a minor issues with damage to packaging and Sophie was very helpful in helping sort this out and arrange a discount.”

“Courier delivered a bed with two sets of side rails and no headboard. I only noticed when I finally started to build it, so contacted support. Was expecting a painful process but It took two emails to get an exchange sorted (handled by Aimee) and all within 24 hours. I find this quite exceptional nowadays where support and service seems to be viewed as an unwanted overhead for most companies.”

“Really happy with everything so far, had to delay delivery as I had not moved into my property yet, and they were happy to do so plus customer service (Sophie) was spot on. Only opened 1 box , which was my bedside table and Really looks the part. Not opening anymore boxes as I still haven't finished decorating my bedroom but should be doing , in the next couple of weeks.”

“Ordered a bed from Happy Beds and delivery was when I needed and wanted it. Lots of choice. Easy to put together. A wheel was missing in the box, but Sophie dealt with my query by email swiftly and I will have a replacement in 2 to 4 days. Great service.”

“Great experience with Happy Beds. 2years and a half since purchasing the bed the pistons stopped working and after raising it with Happy Beds and going through their complaints process 2 new pistons have been delivered at my door. Finally a company that follows their warranty promise through. Thank you to Sophie and the team.”

“Just been chatting on live chat with Liv from Happy Beds. She has been so helpful! It is quite a minefield when choosing a mattress and frame, especially when you are purchasing online.
